We recently had to make the painful decision to say goodbye to our beloved pet, and I cannot thank the team at Autumn Trails Veterinary Center enough for their compassion. Cheyenne was so remarkably kind and supportive throughout the process, and the receptionist greeted us with such warmth and empathy. Cheyenne handled an extremely difficult situation with the utmost care, gentleness, and respect. We are so grateful for the team's kindness during such a heartbreaking time.
Would highly recommend this vet office. I had to make the difficult decision to put my dog down and the sympathy and support they showed me and my family during that difficult time was so meaningful. I will continue to take my cat there for care. Thank you to the whole staff.
I’ve had 3 of my pups come to this office. Unfortunately due to outliving their lifespan we had to use their end of life services with 2 dogs and an emergency with another. Before passing one of our senior dogs had a bowel obstruction at 14, he ended up living until 17 because of surgery they gave us 3 more years with our baby! Thankful for the kindness, empathy, and even cost transparency with this office. I recommend them to everyone!
