“I’ve used Sunwave twice now. Once to fix a leaking outdoor spigot and again to fix a hot water heater and water pressure issue. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient both times. They took the time to explain the issues and answer all my questions. Prices are reasonable. Have tried other plumbing companies around town but Sunwave is now my go-to. Highly recommend.”
“Sean is a very pleasant person & took the time to explain what was wrong which was my fault for forgetting to pour distilled vinegar or bleach in the drain line. Thank you!!
6 months later, I had the unit serviced. Nathan & Caleb were extremely courteous & performed the service in no time. I will continue to use this company in the future.
Really impressed I got an appointment the same day. Michael Alvarez was very thorough in explaining the situation with my 27 year old unit. I'm sorry he won't be installing the new unit but looking forward to service calls in the future. Don't let him get away!!
3 days later & my new unit was installed by John & Caleb. Super nice guys!
I will definitely be using this company again & recommend to family & friends.”
“The Madison Library thanks Shane, Dylan, Chris and Card for responding so swiftly to our emergency. I could not have asked for better service. Thanks to all.”
