Yoga Cville is a great yoga studio. Teachers have many years of experience and are excellent. Lots of props you can use in class, an amazing rope wall, convenient location and parking are just few of the reasons that I am a fan. The Iyengar style of yoga is my favorite and Yoga Cville offers classes taught by Iyengar-certified teachers.
Iyengar yoga is my favorite type of yoga! The teachers are by far the most knowledgeable and methodical. I learn so much every class! And I love the ropes wall and all of the props at Yoga Cville. 🥰
