She listened to what I wanted, which is to grow out my hair and stop coloring it, and she said "have you ever thought of embracing your wave/curls?" Honestly, no one has ever asked me that. I was absolutely thrilled with the cut and the curls that she showed me how to create. I have never been happier with my hair. She did not try to sell me expensive products, or try to have me come back more often than I needed since I want to grow it longer and let the color go back to natural. I love her and her studio is SO CUTE!!!“

“I found Tabitha, the lovely owner of Color Factory, after several unsatisfactory salon experiences in Charlottesville. Over the past 18 months, she has done color, highlights, cuts, and keratin treatments on my hair. I've been coloring my hair for ~30 years and Tabitha is, by far, the most skilled colorist I have ever experienced. Not only has she succeeded where others have failed in achieving my desired color, but she also has explained the scientific aspects of hair color to me in ways no one else ever has. She really is a genius with color! In addition, I'm not always easy to satisfy (mostly because my hair is so stubborn) and Tabitha goes to great lengths to ensure I'm happy with the results -- always cheerfully and with a smile. Her salon is also a breath of fresh air in that I have never heard her or any of her employees utter a negative word in my presence -- something that unfortunately is rare among salons, in my experience. Five stars!“

“A friend convinced me to get over my fears and try permanent eye make-up. After researching on the web in several cities, I chose Lynn... and SO glad I did! Her little studio is lovely and she put me at ease right away. Lynn took time to truly understand what I was looking for and why, to explain the process, to allow my eyes to "rest" and to help me feel calm. I have sensitive skin but I had very little discomfort with Lynn in charge. After a year, I still love waking up and looking in the mirror and not seeing that totally washed-out look. I can run out the door and feel confident! I highly recommend Lynn to anyone!“

“Wonderful environment, professional and very clean. Ms. Terrie is a wonderful, kind and compassionate hair stylist. When I saw her I was experiencing issues with hair dye, as well as breakage and dryness (I am biracial with 3C/4A curls). Ms. Terrie explained to me how she puts the health of the hair first and then she took the time to get my color right. After my color I wanted a trim but, not loose the length. And Ms. Terrie explained to me the difference between a dusting and a trim. She looked out for me and gave me a dusting yet, maintained my length. Lastly, she gave me a blowout and WOW! Ms. Terrie's blowouts are amazing. My hair look beautiful, sleek and styled beautiful. Before leaving my first visit, I purchased Ms. Terrie's Herbal Heal hair oil to help with the breakage and dryness. Six months later, my hair is longer, stronger and healthy. I can wear my hair curly, straight or in a ponytail without worry of breakage. I highly recommend before you leave her salon book your appointment for your next visit. Ms. Terrie is always booked out a few weeks, and it's understandable. Ms. Terrie works magic, and my hair has never felt this good in years. It's a blessing to sit in her chair. “I highly recommend Sei Bella Studio! Mariah was awesome to work with from the start! She was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire planning process. During my trial, I knew I had made the right choice! I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted but she really took the time to talk through what I liked and didn’t like and she was very open and receptive to adjustments I requested. When the wedding day came, Mariah and her assistant crushed it! Mariah really went the extra mile- she woke up very early (on her birthday!), traveled over an hour, and completed 12 looks before 1:30pm. They were quick and efficient without sacrificing quality. Each bridesmaid loves their look and kept saying how happy they were with it throughout the night! I’ve been in a lot of weddings so I wanted something that felt more bridal than bridesmaid, but I didn’t know how to accomplish that. Mariah helped me articulate what I was looking for and then made it come to life! She was very detail oriented and truly cared about the outcome.
