Separately, keeping 1 star off because they don't have an online payment portal and you have to call in or mail a check which is an outdated practice. I also found that other similar companies and CPA's in the area charge about 30% less than they do for a similar tax situation. This is just preference of course. I didn't feel like a valued customer here, just a number, and for how small they are I'd expected a little more.“
