“I went to Chelsea for a brow wax. She didn’t ask me how I wanted them shaped, and made my brows super uneven. When i said they’re uneven she just said “mm maybe a little” , did not apologize, did not offer to fix them or do anything to make me feel better. I was really excited for this place but she did not make me feel comfortable or heard. Unfortunate, but would not recommend!
UPDATE: They were very sweet and receptive to making a mistake! They had me come in for a consult with a level 2 aesthetician and she made me feel much better and offered me a solution and plan for the next couple weeks! They also ended up comping my initial wax, which was incredibly sweet and generous. They definitely made an effort to make me feel better about the situation!”
