“Chris was fantastic! We had a kitchen faucet fall apart, causing water to pour out, leaving us unable to use the sink. We went to Lowe’s, bought a replacement, and tried to install ourselves. The nuts were so old/stuck we couldn’t do it ourselves.
We found Chris’s ad and liked what we saw. As soon as we called the phone was answered, and we were promised a call back within 15 minutes. Five minutes later Chris called and we explained the issue. Chris immediately came out, on a Sunday, and arrived at the time he stated. He was super kind and professional, explaining what he did and ensuring we were satisfied before he left.
During his time there we were discussing some things we were dealing with as we were cleaning out the house of family who had passed. Chris was extremely helpful in giving us information on local donation places to help with our needs, as well as other small businesses that could help with other services we need.
