They are quick and responsive, warm and kind. The make the experience so painless for kids with Netflix, snacks, and parting gifts. Lice is sucha stressful thing to deal with and they make it SO much easier! Ps. The leave in conditioner repellent is great and smells so refreshing!“

Nurse CJ is similarly sympathetic and works with insurance companies to get coverage for difficult medications such as Spravato. Finally, Melinda works the scheduling and measurement of vitals aspects in a friendly and efficient manner. I am glad to have found this group.“

“The thing about hospitals is it’s run by humans so there will be at some point human errors in care. I will say from my experience of having. A living donor liver transplant for my mom they have tried their best to accommodate specially with the travel we have to do. There is so much that goes into this transplant and so much testing and this that and the other which is overwhelming!! But they have helped answer my questions have a team who is very responsible and during the time that I need paperwork filled out for work they have been very quick to get it done. At the hospital there was a slight issue at the ICU with a nurse but after that everyone was kind and very very helpful! We went home only when all the boxes had been checked. The fact they are 24 hours and I got a bracelet as a care taker to avoid having to check in each time was a huge plus! I was an INOVA advocate but UVA has been better so far. Thank you to the Care team and all the staff that has gone above and beyond!“

“They done run off that red headed check in lady Taylor. She was so nice and her perfume smelled like Subway bread baking. Nice parking lot for eating your lunch in while waiting. They should have the staff make ballon animals every other Friday for a circus like experience. Only thing that I dont like is the rescheduling of appointments. I mean, if you got an April appointment and the Dr reschedules you to September...thats just bad planning. Enjoy your summer vacations!“
