We are so pleased that in an era of constant change and unreliability, Jame Walker is always there and ready to provide expert information and service. We had heard some cracking sounds outside on a Thursday, but couldn’t pinpoint the origin. The next day, as we had just pulled into our drive, a large branch came crashing down. Thankfully, it missed us, our car, and the house. But it was frightening to say the least. Here it was, 4 PM on a Friday, but we immediately phoned Bartlett’s. Josh answered and assured us that James would survey the situation on Monday, despite the fact that we had to be out of town that week on business. We had received a spring proposal for tree work from James, so we referenced it for the limb removal and trimming two silver maples. By Monday afternoon, we had the updated proposal from James. we signed it, and he scheduled the work for Thursday. When we pulled into our drive on Saturday, no limb in sight, both trees had been safely trimmed, and the yard cleared of debris. We were SO relieved.
