“I got a wonderful massage. I had been camping in Shenandoah National Park for a week, with no access to a shower or facilities to clean up. The ladies at the Lula allowed me to use their shower, setting the water to the perfect temperature. I was led to my room for a great 90 massage that totally relaxed me. My therapist was very friendly and made sure I was enjoying the massage. I was refreshed for my 12 hour drive back home.“

“I came in for a haircut to remove a lot of damage done by many home dyes during the pandemic. The salon was able to get me in same day and then even reschedule for later in the afternoon when my childcare changed. As a single mom this was so appreciated! The salon was clean and calm. The stylist listened carefully to my hair goals and was so gentle with my damaged hair. She worked efficiently though so I was in and out in 35 minutes. She did a cold water rinse which was awesome for my damaged locks. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and it feels so much healthier.
