I went to Chelsea for a brow wax. She didn’t ask me how I wanted them shaped, and made my brows super uneven. When i said they’re uneven she just said “mm maybe a little” , did not apologize, did not offer to fix them or do anything to make me feel better. I was really excited for this place but she did not make me feel comfortable or heard. Unfortunate, but would not recommend!
UPDATE: They were very sweet and receptive to making a mistake! They had me come in for a consult with a level 2 aesthetician and she made me feel much better and offered me a solution and plan for the next couple weeks!
