Had a tenant caused water leak that turned into a very nasty mold situation spanning 4 different rooms and two floors. Was initially working with two other companies before being introduced to Rainbow by my insurance company. The two other companies were an absolute disaster. When I called Justin came out and was so professional and awesome. They got the mold, removed all the water damage, and squared me away. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
I had a recent experience with Rainbow Restoration helping with water damage in my bathroom. I was nervous about hiring someone for service on my house due to previous bad experiences with other companies. THIS company is NOT one of them. I had the best experience with them. Justin came out and did an assessment. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, explained everything very clearly and worked diligently with my insurance company to help make things as easy as possible.
