For last three weeks with help from organizations I been being my girl jalo here get help with her wounds and they done so amazing with her and she loves them get excited just see them . I can’t say nothing and about this place they really been amazing to her and us !!!!
My poor, anxious-as-heck senior dog had been acting “funny” and “different” for a couple weeks. He’s my ESA and, as we all feel about our own furry loved ones, he’s my everything. I couldn’t afford the vet care at my usual vet, so I applied to ACAP and prayed. They connected me to Old Dominion Animal Hospital, who not only worked with the stipend ACAP gave me for my dog, but called and INCREASED the stipend ACAP gave me. Blood work, urine test, and two vaccines later confirmed my poor baby has Lyme’s Disease. We LOVE Dr. Megan Badger! She is so patient with our nervous dog (who is 100lbs haha). We never feel rushed during the appointment - they take the time to listen to all of our questions and concerns. We really appreciate that they let us use whatever silly tricks or accommodations to help keep him comfortable and calm during his exams. Highly recommend!!
