Will was amazing! We had to call him back because we missed the clog the first time. He came back found the problem and cleared it no questions. He did it all while being a great person. He was willing to go the extra mile to make us happy and whole. Thank you Will!!

The office called me to let me know the service rep was on his way and he arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was a very nice gentleman, professional, considerate and knowledgeable. The plumbing technician that assessed our plumbing, was very courteous and on time.The lady who followed up with a call to see if I had questions about the assessment / quote. She took the time to give me some information on financing (non - roto rooter agency), as I explained to her our need for clean water and with little finances due to my husband's cancer.I hope to be scheduling a time to get my repairs completed ($?) and it will likely be by Roto Rooter.
