Took my elderly cat here after struggling to trim the mats near her back legs myself. I was nervous because older cats can get stressed easily, but the groomer handled her slowly and carefully. They explained every step before starting and even suggested keeping the session shorter so she wouldn’t get overwhelmed. Her coat looked much healthier afterward, and she didn’t spend the whole night hiding under the bed like she usually does after appointments. That alone made the visit worth it for me.
I recently boarded my 15 year old cat for the first time in his life. I am sure he missed me but he was well-cared for and ate which was my concern. The cat boarding facilities are spacious & designed for maximum comfort for the kitties.
I would definitely recommend Creatures Great & Small for cat boarding.
We cannot recommend this place enough!! The staff is always friendly and our dog is over the moon about going here. She always comes back well groomed and happy. They are also amazingly accommodating. We were stuck in a bind several times and had to change our plans and each time the staff was able to help us out, no problem. This place is the best!!
