“The sweetest staff. We boarded our cat Grim there for two days. When you google “scaredy cat” he is basically the photo next to the definition. The staff were lovely and took the food we left for him and followed his meal instructions to a T. When we came to pick him up, he was so scared, a lovely associate helped us try to get him in a carrier and our cat was…..very difficult and very very scared (as usual). Eventually we succeeded! On a stressful travel day, dealing with genuinely nice people who care about your pet (who is constantly anxious) means everything in the world. 10/10, would recommend boarding cats here because they take care of them and the staff are really nice people. Support local businesses!!”
