I found Tabitha, the lovely owner of Color Factory, after several unsatisfactory salon experiences in Charlottesville. Over the past 18 months, she has done color, highlights, cuts, and keratin treatments on my hair. I've been coloring my hair for ~30 years and Tabitha is, by far, the most skilled colorist I have ever experienced. Not only has she succeeded where others have failed in achieving my desired color, but she also has explained the scientific aspects of hair color to me in ways no one else ever has.
