So kind and very good at her job. Her experience shows. She made me feel so relaxed and even had me laughing during my wax. She made a repeat customer out of me.

I’ve been a client since March 2023. I no longer need monthly massages ( due to accident in 2002) and see my chiropractor every 6 wks opposed to every 2 wks. My chiropractor says I’m in the best shape since she started treating me in 2005, that my back is stronger & I hold my adjustments longer . I am 67 yrs young , and go weekly for 25 min sessions . My flexibility has increased significantly. I stand taller & straighter , sit straighter and walk taller . I would highly recommend Southtowns Stretch if you have back pain , leg pain , upper body pain . Your muscles will thank you and your outlook of life will improve! My flexologist is Rebekah & she is very knowledgeable of the musculoskeletal system since she also teaches yoga. I had to have surgery recently and I was able to put my account on hold with no fees & no issues . They have always been very accommodating as well when I’ve had last minute issues arise.

I was worried the first time because my hair is Long, But Sierra did amazing job on my hair I was so happy. She was so nice and patience i love the result of my highlights over meet my expectation. Steve came out to move my hot water tank in my basement. This involved moving the water and gas lines and changing the vent location. Steve explained everything he was going to do without talking over my head and had quick, confident answers for all my questions. Steve showed up on time and did a very clean job! He will be my first call for any work I need.
It's a lovely place! I really enjoyed the women's self-defense class they offered to the community. The instructor is approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and fellow students are respectful and easy to work with. I agree that martial arts do require regular training, so it's great that this place gives beginners a chance to learn more.
I have been going here for holiday photos (Easter, Christmas, etc.) for the last few years and always have a great experience. The photographer takes great photos and will edit them right there with you. I’ve done printed backdrop photos and have also done plain white background where he edits in a background too. There’s a variety of props for different occasions too.

I've been working out with Jeremy for about four months now. I've worked with two other personal trainers over the past several years, and I can say in complete sincerity, Jeremy offers the best fit for me. I really enjoy my workouts and how hard he pushes me to achieve my fitness goals. I've had the opportunity to be introduced to some of his other training clients either as they're leaving at the start of my session or coming in as I'm heading out the door. Everyone is extremely friendly, and I am truly amazed by the diverse clientele. He's got clients in their 80s coming to the gym to work out with him! I've seen men and women of all ages and fitness levels walking through those doors.
3 To Be Fit offers classes, but I can only speak to the one-on-one training. I'm not a "class" girl. (Classy? Mostly. Classes? Not my thing.) If you just realized your doctor was saying, "exercise" and not "extra fries," I absolutely suggest you come see Jeremy for some personal training. If you think you can't work out because you've got a bad back/neck/wrist/leg, think again. I'm in need of another go-round of my bilateral carpal tunnel surgery because my wrists are wrecked. I've had a spinal fusion on my L5/S1. I have compartment syndrome, which makes my legs get super-cramped at the most inconvenient times. Still, Jeremy finds exercises to work around these things. Some days I can do the sets he has planned for me, and other days I need him to adjust because my wrists can't take the weight. He was also sure to tell me from the beginning that if I absolutely hate a certain exercise, we will find something else to work that same muscle group. In other words, if you hate jumping rope, he'll let you skip it. If you're not into weights, but love books, I'll bet he'll let you lift dictionaries to add some definition to those muscles!
If you're a military veteran, there are discounts. I'm pretty sure he's got something through Independent Health as well. Myself, I pay the full price because it's worth it. I mean, if it weren't for Jeremy, I wouldn't be where I am today -- putting the BUFF in Buffalo. Okay, I'll stop now.

My daughter is 6 and just finished the broadway minis camp. First of all, it was affordable which was great! But beyond that my daughter had a blast! It was amazing what she could learn in just a week. By the second time I took her they knew her name. She asked if she can do the camp again sometime and I’m sure we will be back to MEL’s!!!
I had an appointment yesterday and it has been a long time since I've had my hair cut,colored and styled. I was greeted by Kelly who I have heard so many nice reviews so I was at ease when she introduced herself. She brought me right over to the chair and asked what I was looking for. Unfortunately I couldn't find the picture but I explained what it was. So I started to look up pictures and she did as well. She actually found a picture that was very close to what I wanted and I said yes! So she went right to work. I was so excited with the outcome! I got nothing but compliments from my family. We had Hamburg flooring remove old flooring and install LVP on our entire first floor two years ago. After about a year I noticed the flooring was separating and there were small but noticeable gaps between the planks. I notified Hamburg flooring, they came out twice, once the installer, once the owner. They decided it was a manufacturer problem and contacted them to file a claim. Long story short I don’t know what happened with the claim but the owner said either way they were going to rip out and replace the whole thing. It wasn’t a fight to get them to do it, I didn’t have to pester or annoy to get someone to try to fix the problem, they just did almost no questions asked. Can’t say many companies would act this way. It’s been a few months but we are happy with the flooring and very happy with the customer service. Needed a unique key cut and they did it without any issue. They had to use 2 different machines to cut it but it works great. The price and service was also unbeatable.

Cannot say enough about how great our experience was. Tom drew up an amazing design for our new patio. Eric and crew worked diligently for 10 days, some days in 18" of snow. Eric is absolutely the best in the business! He is diligent, precise, creative and hard-working. The result was well beyond our expectations. Our new patio has transformed our lives and we are forever thankful!

It's definitely is a great place to go do your laundry at everybody's pleasant that works there they're very helpful there's always plenty of machines to do your laundry I never have to wait.
During one of the hardest times as a young adult having to prepare for my mom’s services, I was connected with Jim here at the funeral home. Jim made that first hard phone call a very smooth one, preparing me for what information I would need and lending an ear. The first time meeting with Jim to schedule arrangements he made everything very comforting for my family and I. This job is one of the hard ones where you constantly watch loved ones make decisions on behalf of laying their beloved family member or friend to rest, but Jim didn’t hesitate, he jumped right in to help wherever needed. There was no stress or concern, my family and I were able to solely focus on my mom only. Highly recommend their services!

My husband and I booked a couples massage here and were so impressed with the service we received! We were a little apprehensive just because of the previous reviews, but Mac and Jesse did an incredible job and we left feeling like we truly got our moneys worth out of the massages. The atmosphere was relaxing and all the staff were extremely attentive the entire time. Great experience overall!
The staff are compassionate and caring and are very accommodating. I cannot thank the office manager enough. I was going thru a difficult time and got off track with my visits and she got me in quickly and was very supportive.
