I adopted a pair of kittens and have been taking them here since June. The entire staff from the Doctors, Vet Techs, office staff are just simply incredible. They saved my kitten Cider when I rushed her in and we found her kidneys were failing. Layne was especially amazing with Cider and if it wasn’t for them making me laugh during such scary time, I wouldn’t have been able to drive myself home! Layne is the most amazing vet tech I’ve ever had take care of one of my pets.
I have been taking all my pets here for years. (Dogs, cats, rabbits). Dr. Carrig came recommend by a vet tech friend of mine several years ago when my rabbit was misdiagnosed, and undiagnosed at by different vets at other practices. After that, I moved all my pets to this practice and I have been happy ever since. I highly recommend.
It was time to put my daughter's Frenchie down and the staff made it such a loving and peaceful time for us all. Little Oscar just went to sleep in the cozy blanket they provided for him.
The staff was very professional yet kind and caring. It is never anything you want to have to do, but it was a much better experience than I ever would have imagined.
They even let us leave out the back door as we were very emotional at the end.
