If you are considering becoming a certified hot yoga instructor, I highly recommend Evolation Yoga & Zafea’s teacher training program. It is a beautiful vive and building. Very good place to practice and see your flow. My favorite is the projector lights of the moon and aura lights, wow! This spot is very comfy, cozy, and clean. Felt right at home, thank you!
Fantastic heated yoga experience in an open, pleasant, daylit studio. Focus on breathwork, multiple savasanas, and interesting twists on old classics, like tree. No distracting music.
