Circumstances aside, I had a wonderful experience working with Galle on a completely custom marker. From start to finish they were professional and courteous, and the marker came out looking exactly like their artist rendering.
They did a really nice job on the installation too, despite the weather being poor and the plot being kind of bumpy. Considering the quality and effort they put into their work, their pricing ended up being really reasonable.
I'm not hoping to be in the market again any time soon, but if I am, I'll be working with them again.
Dr Slack and his team have helped me change my life for the better and I’m so grateful to have had this opportunity. Everyone is very informative and they allow you to be involved every step of the way.

She gave me a wonderful cut, she consulted with me & did exactly what we talked about. I am very impressed and very happy. She spoke about different products and tips to control my frizz...? Called as a new client to schedule my 11 yr old for a cut and style. Dawn contacted me and got her in right away. My daughter has high functioning autism which her main obsession this age (and stage) is her HAIR so I get nervous whenever I have to find a new place. Dawn took care of her and let me tell you, my daughter was lit up! She was so happy and mommy so relieved lol. Dawn is talented! I’ve never seen such a gorgeous cut for my picky hair obsessed child. I have been going here since I moved back to Buffalo 3 years ago and haven’t had a bad experience yet. I usually go to Julie but have been cut by multiple of the girls there and have always been satisfied. They take their time, it’s a clean environment and reasonably priced.

Had a great experience at this Great Clips location. Tom cut my hair today for the first time and did an amazing job. Frank is who I usually go to, and he’s always been excellent too. That’s honestly why I keep coming back here — the service is consistent, the cuts are good, and I always leave happy with it. Definitely recommend this location.

I was a walk-in for a manicure pedicure and face wax. Everyone did a wonderful job. service was prompt and polite. Facility are clean and great massage chairs. I can’t say enough about the massage chairs whoever chose those did a great job. I nail tech Del and Mel did great job. Lily was so gentle on the waxing and thorough with the tweezers

My first time at the salon I was referred there as I have been looking for a new colorist. I had a wonderful experience. Laurie the owner sat me down and listened to everything I was looking for. She called over another stylist to get another opinion on the proper color to lowlight into my hair around my facial frame. I went ahead with the recommendation made and I'm very happy with the results. I've already made another return appointment. The salon was very bright and open...a great location. I was here last weekend to get my hair done for my sisters wedding and let me say… Glory is absolutely AMAZING! My hair looked absolutely stunning, I received compliments galore on my hair, and it stayed from 8AM until the time I got home! Needed my furnace fixed and since I had a previous good experience with Sentry South I called them again. Was able to get same day service. They let me know it'd be in the afternoon and the tech called to let me know his earlier service call took longer than expected but that he'd still get to me today. Once here he quickly found the issue and showed me everything he was doing.

Then the install was another great experience, prior to the install, my floors were creeky, when Alvin the flooring installer finished the job, all the creeks were GONE! Alvin did an excellent job!!! Especially the fact that there was no downtime without a working bathroom. From start to finish, Chuck and Joe A were friendly, professional, and extremely respectful of our home. We recently had Mario and Son do the tile work in our master bathroom. We are so pleased with how it turned out and from start to finish they were great to work with. All the girls in the store were helpful and receptive when I would call with questions or concerns. Mike was our tile installer and he did a phenomenal job. Mike took his time, he was a perfectionist and it shows. He even helped me line up the large 24x48 tiles with the veining to make it look like a continuous flow which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend using Mario and son for your next project.
Chris did a lot of work at my house this year, including building a deck, doing some floor tile work, and constructing front railings for the existing stairs. I highly respect his work and ability to accomplish unrelated jobs. His quotes are very competitive and I would call on him again for the next project!
