Reviews
The crew from Rainbow is exceptional. What I realized working for a week with Them is that during a catastrophic flood event they are absolutely inundated with calls for help and each call is urgent and critical. It is imperative to self advocate while at the same time be understanding that they are trying to meet everyone’s needs. They can only do one job at a time. Patience and kindness is a virtue.
We woke up to water in our basement and were referred to Rainbow Restoration to assist with the cleanup. They came on a holiday and helped us with the cleanup and removal of any lost/damaged items. They were professional and prompt throughout the entire process. I hope to never need them but if I do, I would not hesitate to call.
