Vanessa is great - she really takes the time to ask you about your current skin care routine and to give you some tips to help your concerns. She uses all organic products which I love. However, be warned, if you are looking for a quiet, spa-like experience this will not be it. Vanessa is extremely friendly and chatty so she will talk to you throughout the session. She customizes her facials based on every client and uses essential oils to help you relax. The room the facials are done in isnt the most relaxing space and is quite bright, but she has everything she needs to perform a great facial so I can look past that.
