“Just outstanding and very affordable. We never knew Dale and our project was not ‘upscale,’ like much of his listed work. He and his contractor, Dave, were truly an answer to prayer. They literally saved us from a 10-month catastrophe (almost everything needed to be ripped out and rebuilt—electrical, elite shower system plumbing, rebuilding/installing window, Spanish tile floors, all-tile walls, etc.) from another ‘contractor.’ No other company would touch this project as they would not warranty without a total gut-out. Somehow, they were able to spare us a couple of projects while ensuring structural integrity, safety, luxury, and beauty. Our bathroom is now elegant and soundly constructed. We never worried about leaving our home to them, good people. BBB listed and very affordable! Thank you Dale and Dave!”

“House Crafters did a 3 layer tear off, repaired/replaced several bad plywood pieces of the roof & reshingled properly roofing the almost flat second floor where I was having severe leak issues.<br>They also repaired a few bad fascia places & reinstalled popped out soffet panels on the 2nd floor eaves.<br>A crew of about a half dozen started on a Friday to tear off the roof and start repairs, returned Saturday to button up & tarp for rain on Sunday, returned Monday & Thursday to finish up.<br>Whole crew were friendly but hard working, owner stopped & called several timesover to explain how the various steps were progressing.<br>The roof looks great & here have been no leaks.<br>Thank you”

“Chesley and John are top notch. They explained the restoration process in detail to be sure we made an informed decision. The ability to keep our 100 year old windows rather than discard them for new ones that are only intended to last for 30- 50 years at most was an easy one. The restored windows look brand new and they don’t have that cheap feel of new windows. It was also less expensive. The team that removed them and then put them back after the restoration was professional, entirely competent, and fun! I only wish I could give J A Gulick more stars.”
