I've had Aladdin's in twice to do my area rugs and tile a grout cleaning. The husband and wife are so nice, great communication and even provided suggestions for maintenance. They were very thorough with the job. You can tell this a is a family run business. Ill be having them in every month for a cleaning.

I got an antique couch from a thrift store & didn’t trust myself to clean it without ruining the upholstery. I booked online with Aladdin’s Carpet Cleaning & got a response right away along with text updates. Patrick was completely transparent about his worries with using water based products due to previous water staining on the couch. He did a test spot on the dirtiest side of one of the cushions & it already looked a lot better! I gave him the okay to do the whole thing & I couldn’t be happier with the results!!! Scheduled them to clean my microfiber couch (which is not an easy task) and they did an excellent job. 3 weeks later I had a flood in my basement and they found a way to squeeze me in the same day on very short notice and saved my brand new expensive rug. My basement looks and smells like a flood never happened because of their quick, EXCELLENT service. They are trust worthy and professional. More importantly they are personable and friendly. They take pride in servicing their customers and I will be using them again in the spring to freshen up another room in my house.
