Staff was one of the nicest I've ever encountered. Helpful on every level.From reception to Dr this place is special.I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for top dental care.
I highly recommend Hertel Family Dentistry. I only waited a few minutes after arriving for my appointment. Val welcomed me with a smile and had already validated my insurance coverage. Hygienist Char (Shar?) was thorough and friendly, and Doctor Samad was as professional and courteous as ever. She took the time to show me how flossing and dental habits could affect mouth bone structure using my x-ray as an example. My appointment was thorough and only had me away from my job for a brief time. If ever they added Saturday hours my girlfriend would go here too.
The staff are always so kind and professional. I always feel anxious at the dentist and the hygienists are always so accommodating with me. The office is so cute and clean. Definitely recommend this place!!
