If you're looking for that personal touch Hertel Hardware and Plumbing is your answer. I had John come out to give me an estimate for a new HVAC System.I was very impressed by his knowledge and his presentation of the products offered. Furthermore, he took the time to go and look at my current layout, both inside and outside the house and evaluated the square footage for the proper system. We live in an older Buffalo home that has occasional issues with plumbing. We always call Hertel Plumbing and they always solve the problem. The employees are outstanding and the "plumbers" are very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issue!

Highly suggest Hertel Plumbing. Very professional and reasonable. Great customer service answering all of my questions and responsive. Jordan & Aiden did a fantastic job respecting my home and taking care of my issues in a timely manner. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you again!
