I had all the galvanized steel pipes in my basement replaced with PEX and copper by Hertel Plumbing and I’m thrilled with the work. Both guys were very professional and were constantly working on swapping out the pipes and adding any new lines where needed. The job took two days and they made sure they could turn the water back on before they left the first night so I wasn’t without water. Another plumber tried telling me I had to get rid of all steel and copper pipes, and to replace every pipe I had, but the guys at Hertel plumbing were honest and only quoted the work that actually needed to be done. I had a gas leak that needed fixing before a tenant moved in. I called Hertel Hardware and Plumbing Friday afternoon they came over and fixed the problem late Friday night the gas was turned on by Saturday and the tenant was able to move in on Sunday according to plan. Very thankful for the service Hertel Hardware and Plumbing provided.
I can’t thank this company enough for what fantastic work they provided even with a minute challenge they faced. The clean up was great. I couldn’t believe the amount of effort they put forth.
