    Wow... I was reeeeeeeeeeally hesitant to try because I do not typically do well in small spaces. Once I was in the tank and got into a comfy position, though, I felt like I was in a hugely expansive space. Plus, Joe explained everything so easily that it wasn't hard for me to stop overthinking hah... speaking of overthinking, I thought I'd do a bunch of that, but my mind cleared quickly.

    I live with Lupus that, for me, affects my entire body. I have been in pain since the 2000's because of having abused my body while being a competitive dancer and cheerleader for 20-ish years.
