“This was literally one of the best experiences I've ever had in a salon. Patty was the most professional stylist I believe I ever had. I ALWAYS have terrible anxiety at the salon but from the second I walked in and she began I instantly felt at ease and like I could trust her with my hair and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable experiences at a salon I have had probably since I was a kid. She would not start until she knew exactly what she was doing/what I wanted and when she did start she was very thorough in her work. She also walked me through/vocalized every single step as she was doing it and explained WHY she was doing it which most don't do and still was able to keep a regular conversation going at the same time. She she is very knowledgeable in her profession and just a nice person in general, not to mention the AMAZING shampoo and massage. “This cute salon in West Seneca is so much more! I go to Bloom to have my nails done, Diana the owner is so friendly and dies a fantastic job. I have seen her before and after pictures for hair as well and she does beautiful work. Bloom also collaborates with other small businesses in the area to put on events like a Princess Party. During re-opening after closure due to COVID, Bloom went above and beyond to follow the protocols set by the State and made me feel very safe. In the summer she even offered outdoor haircuts if that made people more comfortable. Check this gem out!“
