The professional that came to my house was very good. I only wish the person who took my original call would have listened to my words instead of making up her own.I specifically stated there was a rat problem outside of my home and both the inspector and the service pro both thought they were coming for an inside mouse problem. There is a big difference between the two as this caused the service pro to have to come back the next day to finish the setup.Service: Rodent extermination
