“I had John Keller come out to look at a main beam that was sagging in my basement. I was remodeling my kitchen right above and wanted to get some of the waviness out of my old Buffalo home's floor. He had an immediate plan to lift the beam and add another support column. He also had some pointers for me to DIY some other aspects of my remodel.
