After several months of trying to get rid of bed bugs using pesticides from the hardware store I realized that the problem was getting worse. I was told about heat treatment and Bed Bug Rx was recommended. Lance came out and setup the heat treatment. A few days later he came back and picked up the equipment and everything was fine. Unfortunately we found another bug so I called Lance and without hesitation he came back to retreat on a Sunday. We are bed Bug free and sleeping much better now. I highly recommend Bed Bug Rx, Lance is very accommodating and knowledgeable.

For the first time getting bed bugs, lance really walked us through the process. From information, to the set up process, and everything else the entire service was great. After doing the treatment process, we found another area and Lance was kind enough to let us use the heater for an additional couple days. Can't say enough about the service provided. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for heat treatment.It has been a little over a year since we used this service and happy to report no bed bugs have returned.

I would highly recommend this service. It was very affordable compared to any other services that I’ve looked into. Customer service was great.
