Had an awesome experience since the first call to them! Definitely would recommend this place as the care they gave my baby (cat) was outstanding! Pricing was great, staff did all they had to because my baby can get mischievous and they still managed him well, place was super clean, everyone was super nice!! Just over all had an awesome experience here!! Super happy!!
This is now my second puppy I've taken to Nickel City. The entire staff is out of this world and made him feel so comfortable and I think he viewed it as more of a vacation than a vet visit :) Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
The entire staff was welcoming. All smiles. They were very gentle and sweet to my dog. They were very informative and showed me how to administer my dogs medicine. We have taken our dog to Nickel City Animal Hospital for 9 years. We never feel rushed. The staff always makes sure all questions or concerns have been answered. Dr. Lyden has been consistent in her treatment of my dog and myself. Her staff reflects her respectful, positive and sweet attitude. I 100% recommend this clinic.
