“I can't say enough good about my experience in the salon with Bella! I went in for help after a major car accident left my long hair seriously matted - nothing I did at home helped. Bella fit me in last minute and worked for hours trying to untangle the knots before telling me honestly that she could and would keep working at it, but I'd likely lose a lot of density to my hair. We instead went with a short cut - which terrified me, I've always had long hair! - and she saved as much hair as possible and left me with a look I felt (and feel!) confident with. She worked for hours and even offered me the entire session for free at the end of the day because we couldn't save the length of my hair.
