“Exemplary service. I was saddened when TT wasn't in network for my new insurance last year. I returned this summer with new insurance. After making a purchase of frames and prescription lenses I had to call the next day for questions on the invoice and insurance. Unfortunately it ended up being too pricey in my current budget and we cancelled the order. About a week went by I saw my insurance claim was cancelled but no refund from the bank, figured just taking a few more days. This evening I got a call from Cari (worked with me on my purchase) confirming my cancelled order and she needed my card info to refund. I've never had a business follow up with me about a cancellation or refund like that. It was a lot of money and I thoroughly appreciated the call to ensure she had the details for my refund. This is the reason why, when my budget improves, I will absolutely go back to TT for future frame/lense purchases because they are so wonderful. And I will definitely continue my eye exams here as well.“

“I've been coming here for my eyecare since 2018, and have always been very happy with the service and quality of care. They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff, and hardly any turnover, which means that you get to know them and they get to know you. They have later afternoon hours as well as mornings, which I found really helpful when my teaching schedule wasn't very flexible.They have a nice selection of frames, if you want glasses, and will even use your old frames for new glasses (with a waiver stating that there's the possibility of breakage, which is very reasonable given some of the ways that some modern frames are made). They're also really good at reforming glasses that have been bent out of shape by over exuberant dogs and the like.I've got my appointment for next year, and I expect to keep coming back.“
