Nail Palace

This was my first time in NY! Nail Palace got me right in I booked an appt the night before. Lani did my nails and she did an amazing job she was so thorough and did EXACTLY what I wanted they turned out so good. I was scared bc idk how nail places are up here but I was not disappointed. Thank you again!

First time, went in on a Fri afternoon, it was just okay. Had to point out that there were two bubbles on my thumb instead of the tech taking the initiative to notice and fix it mid way through the mani. Had to also point out that he didn't put on the base coat after taking the nail polish off the flawed nail before re painting.... seemed careless.
Update: polish chipped majorly at the end of the next day, went back on Monday and they made it right. The main woman re painted them with different polish, much better.

Today was my first time at Nail Palace! I was very impressed with the salon and my nail tech! (I didn't get her name but it was table 7). She was very attentive and took her time to ensure that I was satisfied with my nails. I most definitely will be returning for future services! Thank You 💅
