“I called Carpetstar to look at a blemish that was on the trunk carpet of my show car. Auto upholstery and detailers were not interested. Brad welcommed me to bring the car to his shop so that he could evaluate it before heading out for his appoinments. He was able to make the blemish much less noticeable and did not even charge for his time. I have never met a more personable and helpful person. His positive attitude, knowledge and honesty as to what could be done and what to expect was sincerely appreciated. Five stars is too few for this company!“
