“Today we had our furnace, AC and hot water tank replaced by O'Donnell heating and air conditioning. They arrived on time, and immediately started to remove and replace. Nick and his crew did fabulous work, removed and cleaned up the old equipment too! Definitely would recommend this company. Added bonus no high pressured sales person, the owner comes out, recommends products , gives you a price no pressure. Office staff, Dawn answered a few questions also about rebates.“

“Heat stopped in the middle of the night. My wife noticed later in the morning so I called A G.Tina answered immediately and was incredibly FANTASTIC. I explained my issue, including my financial issue. Anyhow, she had Brian and his capable apprentice Jake out to my house within hours. Brian would...not. ..QUIT until he resolved my issue. He explained everything and gave me tips on how to deal with my issue. Brian and Jake are true pros. I'm in the trade business myself, and can only hope I'm as professional and vigilant as this group. Thank you guys for keeping my family above freezing . I highly recommend you ALL. “Logan B did a great job replacing a faulty overflow valve that was on my New Hot Water Tank that T-Mark installed in July 2022. She was pleasant and listened to me and it only took her a 1/2 an hour.2 techs had already been to my home the previous day. I'm not sure exactly why Tech 1 sent Tech 2 wihtout testing anything. All I did was inform the tech that I had high water pressure and therefore, I had a PRV installed in 2018, when I bought the home to protect my home & appliances. The water pressure tested at the proper rate when I checked it, meaning the PRV was working properly.Since I didn't get the valve replaced until day 2, day 1 was a waste of time, and management kindly waived my service fee, The part itself was covered under warranty. The part could have easily been replaced by Tech 1. I was not happy that they were trying to install parts that were not necessary, before just replacing the leaky valve. There was no evidence that my PRV was faulty or that I needed an expansion tank at that point. You can inform me if replacing the faulty valve didn't work, then we may need to address another part, but who is spending money on additional parts until it's proven needed, especially given what I already had installed was fairly new?Thank you for replacing the leaky valve; I have not seen a drop of water since, and that was 10 days ago. The 5 stars are for Logan, I would give 4 stars for the overalll experience with the company.“
“Cellino Plumbing may not be the least expensive plumber, but they are the best! I contacted them about installing a dedicated gas line for a natural fuel generator. I got a call very quickly from the tech and we set up a date and a 4 hour window, just a couple days away, to get an estimate. Adam called on that day to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He gave me the estimate, which I agreed to and scheduled the installation for 2 days later. Again, he called ahead and arrived on time. He was very respectful of my home, and was very courteous, efficient, and professional. When the work was completed he checked the pressure in the line and we connected the generator to make sure it worked - that was not part of the contract but was very much appreciated! I would recommend Cellino Plumbing without reservation if you want prompt, professional service!“

I had John come out to give me an estimate for a new HVAC System.I was very impressed by his knowledge and his presentation of the products offered. Furthermore, he took the time to go and look at my current layout, both inside and outside the house and evaluated the square footage for the proper system. He answered all of my questions and did not rush his presentation.The main difference I noticed from the other companies that I had estimates from was the fact that John offered me a variety of options and explained current rebates and tax incentives by product.The call team at the office was also great in setting up the appointment and making the customer feel welcomed.Yeah you can't go wrong when you are exploring options you call Hertel Hardware and get their opinion on your job.“
