Dr. Ernst is amazing. Takes care of my gecko babies. Definitely recommend her to anyone that has reptiles. I've been to other places that vets have no idea what they're talking about. But she definitely does. Very honest, no b.s.
About City Creatures Animal Hospital
City Creatures Animal Hospital provides excellent care for pets. The staff is kind and helpful, accommodating last-minute appointments. The vets, especially Dr. Ernst and Dr. Pera, are great with animals, even those who are fearful or reactive. They listen to owners' concerns and provide detailed guidance. Owners appreciate the vets' support and the time they take to answer questions. The practice has a calm aura, and both receptionists are super nice. The assistant and vets are patient and gentle with the animals. They also help owners stay within their budget. Despite some past communication issues, the office manager has addressed them, and the staff continues to be nice and helpful. Dr. Sood has been great with a very feisty cat with numerous health issues.

We have just recently started going to City Creatures for our dogs and cat. Unfortunately, my cat developed cancer and has to be put to rest sooner than expected. The staff was so helpful, caring and kind throughout the whole process. We really appreciated their support and thoughtfulness through such a difficult time.

She also informed me that I could let the puppy run around so she would be comfortable. The doctor was awesome. She came in, sat on the floor with the puppy and made us both feel at ease and comfortable. All in all I would highly recommend this vet office. The kindness and patience they showed us, I have never experienced… read full review
