Our technician Simon was incredibly knowledgeable and polite. He walked us through exactly what he was doing and made sure we understood the smart lock he was installing. Also very timely and responsive. We trust and appreciate all of the work Simon and Defense Locksmith did - highly recommend!!
Simon was on time and helped me with any questions I had since my husband and I are first time home owners. He was very friendly and went above and beyond. He was able to accommodate the best time that fit with my schedule. He is very efficient and the service did not take long at all. He was respectful of my home and the surrounding area. He even helped me reset my garage door as it typically is a two person job, and he supplied the ladder. He made the trip all the way out to Lewiston NY! I would recommend him any day!
Defense Locksmith was excellent service. The Locksmith came put promptly, and he did excellent work putting a new Outside door lock in. He was courteous a nd even cleaned up afterwards. Plus he was fast and efficient and very expert. Besides this excellent work and service, the price was so reasonable.
