This place is amazing for many reasons. The staff and ownership/management genuinely care about the clients and go above and beyond to help. Almost all of them are in recovery themselves so they understand what we’re going through. The counselors are also amazing. This place helped me more than words can express and I will always be grateful for my time there.

Gabi Kim has been cutting my hair for many years. When she moved from Logan Circle I followed her. I used to walk around the block and now I drive 2 hours round trip. She’s absolutely worth it. She always checks in to see what I want her to do. She’s meticulous. I always know my hair will turn out great in her hands.

But in early 2026, I relied on Dr. Frank for cataract surgery and was impressed with the team’s care, attention to detail, and most importantly, amazing results. Dr Morris and the receptionist (I do not know his name) were exceptionally cordial and professional. Dr Morris created ear molds for both of my ears.The process was efficient and painless. He explained every step in the process and fitted the molds today. They fit perfectly and I am extremely satisfied with the process. I would recommend this office to anyone needing audiology services.

This weekend I was in a great deal of pain and Trenton went out of his way to squeeze in a same day appointment for a new customer in order to help. The pressure was amazing! I’ve often struggled to find someone who can do what my muscles need and he certainly did. He also followed up the day after to see how I was feeling and again accommodated my schedule for another visit this week! Customer service AND massages were both superb!
Of note, I usually go to bougie spas. This is not that! His massage parlor is located in an office share building which might lead one to feel like it’s less authentic or in some way suspicious. But I urge you not to judge the book by the cover! Once on the massage table, I had no concept or care for the difference of setting. He has done WONDERFUL job setting up his specific suite so that it feels just as relaxing as anywhere else!!

Upon arriving, Yodit’s assistant, Rakeva greeted me with a warm, inviting smile and tone. Then she prepared my neck with a towel and smock, offered me a beverage, then led me to shampoo bowl and went to WORK!! She began gently, but effectively cleansing my hair and did not miss a spot - she even asked me if there were any areas that I wanted her to focus on.
After straightening my hair, it was time for a cut; which Yodit executed flawlessly with her masterful technique. When Yodit finished, I was able to run my fingers through my hair, feeling lightweight, airy, bouncy and clean. Overall result…my hair feels healthier, looks shinier, complements my face structure and is precise and smooth. This location is convenient with an ample amount of parking, bright, airy and calm. Went to Annum after needing to correct my hair. It was over processed and bleached and what I didn’t want from my precious stylist after moving here from San Diego! Meredith is just wonderful! As someone who has never had a spray tan before, she walked me through what to expect, asked me questions about what I prefer, and sprayed away! She also made me feel very comfortable, virtually immediately - and you need to be if you’re stripped down to your birthday suit lol. She’s a professional all around. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I brought my grandmother, who has dementia here after her toenails had gone untrimmed for over a year. They were extremely overgrown and curling. The staff here were nothing short of amazing. They were incredibly professional, gentle, and kind—not a single negative reaction or judgment, just calm, patient care.
Even though we booked a standard pedicure, they worked on her feet for over an hour and a half, showing so much compassion and attentiveness, especially as she repeated herself many times due to her condition. They never rushed, never asked for extra payment, and treated her with dignity the entire time.
I’m beyond grateful for the respect and care they showed my grandmother. This kind of service is rare and deserves to be recognized. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a place that truly treats people with heart.

Maria Cepeda is fantastic with gel pedicures. Every appointment feels so relaxing and she makes sure everything is clean by giving you your own bag with tools. She pays close attention to every detail, the finish is always perfect, and it lasts for weeks. She’s also so kind and patient when I take my time choosing a color, which makes the whole experience even better.
This is my second time in a month. First, I went for a gel manicure with Jennie. Today, I went to remove the gel with Debbie. Service both times was great. Jennie was very professional, and meticulous. I also liked the way she shaped my nails. Her technique made my nails look good for longer. Today Debbie was super nice, did more than just removing the gel. My nails looked great and healthy after she was done. All of them seem very nice, more than Im used to at a nail salon. Prices are fair too, especially for the location. I found my place.

I have very thick eyebrows and used to intermittently get them waxed years ago, but never kept up with it. I wanted to get my eyebrows cleaned up before my wedding this past June, and luckily I found Brows and Beauty Vibe! Kusum did an amazing job - I actually tried threading for the first time instead of waxing, and it was the perfect fit for my thick brows. They looked amazing and I can’t wait to come back! I loved my curly haircut with Inessa. I have used a blow dryer for years, and when I didn't, my hair was a curly mess because it was always cut using techniques appropriate for straight hair. Inessa' skill in identifying a correct technique for individual curly hair is undeniable. She studies your hair and face to come up with the haircut that enhances your face, not upstaging it. If you have curly hair, do yourself a favor and get a curly cut by Inessa.
Best lashes ever - and I've tried many different lash techs. I've been going to Cat for a few years now and don't have any plans on going anywhere else. It is expensive but one of the luxuries that I would splurge on routinely as it dramatically cuts down on my morning routine. I can get away with not wearing any makeup when Cat has done my lashes. Plus she's the best! I didn't know her before she did my lashes but now I consider her a dear friend.
Debbie at 4&Co is the best! She styled my hair for my wedding and did a fabulous job, and I keep going back to her for all my special events, as well as regular hair appointments. I've recommended Debbie to many friends and relatives over the years and they have all been thrilled.

Services are always prompt and efficient, the supplies (chiefly among them, the wax) are high quality and well-maintained, and the precautions she's taking during the pandemic put me at ease. I also appreciate the socially responsible mission she has assigned her business (it's tied to helping children abroad), and her transparency about the use of her profits. She's a pleasure to chat to (friendly, but not intrusive, casual, but not gossipy or tactless, unlike so many waxers) and adept as pain-minimizing techniques. I cannot say enough about my first ever men's facial experience with Michael at Spa 1669! First off, the venue was clean and immaculately spotless, while located in a Salon center in Rockville, MD. Once inside Spa 1669, I was greeted with a glass of Whiskey and personal cake for my birthday, and to my surprise, it was ironically Michael's birthday as well! The facial experience was by far, one of the most relaxing self-care activities I've ever engaged in: The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with calm music and engaging conversation. Not only did my skin appreciate the time and attention given to make it look healthier, but I appreciate my Aesthetician Michael for educating me on the skin -care treatment process as well as what routines and products are best suitable for my skin. This place is really nice, yet reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Easy to find. Lots of parking, front and back. Comfortable tables, too. Jenny is my favorite, but Lisa and Fei Fei are also very good. And if you want a facial, ask for Layla or one of the other ladies there. For me, Jenny is the best masseuse in the whole metro area. This is a legitimate massage center -- a place you could bring your wife.

I got 2nd love piercings with surgical grade titanium and it was relatively painless. I would compare it to getting blood drawn. The whole thing was over before I knew it. Initially, Jeff treated my house with the regular pest solution but also warned me that it was not effective to potential bird mites and if they were the problem, I may need a follow up targeted treatment that he would perform for free. He checked the perimeter of my house and pointed out other issues that may cause pests in the future. The treatment and overall assessment was through. Just had Yanez Tree Service Experts come out to handle a bunch of tree work at my place in Potomac and they did a solid job. I recently bought this house here and the backyard had way too many overgrown trees some branches hanging low over the roof and a couple dead ones that needed to come down quick cuz Im planning some renovations back there. I shopped around called a few companies but Yanez got back to me the fastest set up a time to come look the same week. The guy walked the yard with me pointed out what needed trimming or full removal gave a straight quote no surprises. Crew showed up early on the day we picked worked careful didnt damage the lawn or anything ground up all the branches hauled everything away left it spotless.
Monster Tree Service came, took down the tree, and removed the wood in less than a half an hour for a very reasonable price. I was delighted.

Jose and his team did an amazing job taking down a very large tree that was close to our house and making us nervous with the way it was leaning. He came out quickly for an assessment after I reached out, and his team came out within a week for the job. We were initially a bit skeptical because he said that his team wouldn't need a crane for the job (which was about 150-200ft tall), but he was right — they took down the whole tree just by climbing up the tree with ropes and taking it down in pieces, and there was no damage done to our house. It was incredible to watch. They also did an amazing job with the cleanup. The price was also much less than we were expecting, which we were very happy about. We will call them again if we ever need any more tree work done!

I went to Rockville Dental Arts about a month ago one day around 12:15pm just for a sudden check up for tooth pain. Did not expect I'd need wisdom teeth extracted. But Dr Dennis assured me I'd be able to go back to work that evening and he could have 2 of them out within 20 mins because he didn't need to cut away any gums seeing they'd grown in straight. He had me on my way with just gauze and Advil by 1:15. He knows EXACTLY what he's doing.

Had my first adjustment with Dr. James at Prohealth Chiropractic Health last week. I was very impressed with every aspect of my visit; the impeccable office, the friendly and professional front desk staff, and the billing manager. Dr. James thoroughly explained my x-rays, answered all my questions and prepared a treatment plan. The adjustment itself only took about 15 minutes and he explained each step as he went along. I have had knee problems for years as a result of a broken femur. I saw various doctors, gott X-rays and MRI’s the only solution I was offered was a knee replacement. I was recommended to kaizo by a friend and after my first visit they were able to identify the arthritis in my knee and the underlying causes of the arthritis. They explained everything clearly and put together a program to put me on the path to recovery. Since then I’ve been making noticeable improvements and finally regaining confidence in my own body’s ability.

I’ve had my share of injuries throughout my life, you name it; a ligament or muscle group and I’m sure I probably injured it doing something. The past few months I’ve been dealing with a horrible reoccurring lower back injury that makes my entire body tense, tight, and painful just to do just about anything.
Growing up with a chiropractor with my family, i saw a chiropractic as a steppingstone only keep you limber but not to heal your body. Bedore seeing Dr. Spencer, I’ve had my share of chiropractors who are more money grabbers than actually give a damn about trying to heal or fix your injur. Immediately after coming to Dr. Spencer, he identified all of the problems that were plaguing me along with other problems that I didn’t even realize I had. In a span of two months, I went from having pain every single day to almost nonexistent pain, and have routinely been seeing Dr. Spencer for better critiques on how to get back into being more physically active. I could not recommend him enough. 12/5 stars!

Have been going to Dr. Green’s office since I’ve been diagnosed with Psoriasis in 2007. We have tried different methods to cure this chronic disease and Dr. Green always provided his dedicated care, the results we have are very successful. Psoriasis comes and goes usually, but I have been clear last five years, thanks to Dr. Green and his staff for wonderful job they are doing.
Staff members are polite and helpful and there is very little wait time for appointments. Dr. Giblin never gives up when working to solve my concerns and improve my condition. He is very clear when sharing information and patiently listens and responds to my questions. I recommend Dr. Giblin to anyone, especially those with very extreme skin conditions. Dr. Giblin even fit me in on an already booked schedule because I was having concerns.

Dr Gillian Athey was exceptional, personable and thorough. She did a full body check for any possible areas that needed attention or medicine. I adore her bedside manner, as these types of visits can be nerve-racking to the patient. Also, the check-in process with U.S. Dermatology Partners at the Rockville, MD location was very speedy and efficient.

Very happy with Ken Haven. Dr. Manzoor, the pet techs and front office. Staff are helpful, efficient kind, gentle. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I can't compare prices to other vets. I do know they helped us during Covid which sadly our historical vet was not able to. This place has been so amazing with my Cat Riceball. He unfortunately was diagnosed with heart failure before he even turned 1 year old. While I did get him diagnosed in a different place I was recommended to come here for more in depth care. I know his condition can't be healed but the amount of care and love we are getting from balanced vet is the best thing I could have. They are so patient and answer all of my questions and requests. This in combination with his cardiologist has truly helped me care for him at home and so far he seems so healthy like he doesn't even have a heart condition. He's a strong boy. Thank you balanced vet for everything. Keep up the amazing work.
Started taking our dog when I moved to the area 3 years ago and never had a bad experience: administrative staff was always courteous, space was always clean, medical staff was always knowledgeable. But nothing surpassed my expectations more then when the time came to help Rooney cross the Rainbow Bridge:
1) leaniancy in scheduling procedure - they allowed me to wait for the kids to come home from school
2) a comfortable private room to say goodbye - it wasn't just any available exam room, I sat on a couch and snuggled with him as we said our goodbyes
3) gentle explanations of his condition and options - when the doctor I spoke with in the morning wouldn't be available later in the day, she informed me of who would be assisting us and when it came time the new doctor was informed of our circumstances and kindly explained what would happen
They also provided the keepsake in my picture which is more than I have ever gotten from other providers with past pets. Not only that, but once I got the call saying the paw print was ready, I was allowed to come whenever I was ready to accept it so they kindly held onto it for a few weeks for me.

The doctor is excellent—he explained Coffee’s sarcoma and every step of the procedure in clear, reassuring terms, so I knew my pup was in skilled hands. The entire staff is calm, kind, and supportive, which made a stressful situation much easier. Coffee had a minimally invasive surgery and recovered very quickly with great follow-up. I have been receiving sessions from Alison for many years and always benefit immensely from each session. Alison is very knowledgeable and caring and has a great bedside manner. I love that she has trained and is accomplished in numerous healing modalities, including massage therapy, the Feldenkrais Method, Reiki, Insight Acupressure, and more. Each session I receive from Alison is unique and healing as she is very intuitive and has a large toolbox of modalities to help me with any given issue I’m dealing with. She is a great teacher as well. I use the acupressure from her Seva Acupressure workshop frequently with my clients...years after taking the class! I highly recommend working with Alison if you are looking for a highly trained, caring, holistic practitioner!
I loved my massage! Mary has a wonderful technique that melted away my neck and shoulder tension. Beyond being cheery, her personality is warm ad comforting, and you can tell that she is doing what she loves. She has a commitment to her clients' results. I have been searching for a massage therapist in the DMV and happily found Mary. Not all massage therapists are created equally Mary sets the standard of what you should expect in a massage.

Jana is a true professional! She has spent over a year in formal education and has honed her craft for over 10 years, and it shows. Many other places substitute physical pressure (during the massage) for skill, and there is a misconception that a “good” massage has us leaving the practice sore. Never again! Visiting Benicka-Therapeutic Massage made me realize I can leave after a massage both relaxed and not in pain. It has been an important part of maintaining his health and supporting his performance. After watching sessions with my son, I scheduled a massage with Terrell to address tension I had been storing in my body. Dont get mad if they work on you really rough. It means they're really trying to make your rock hard muscles and tendons to loose it up. If you really want to fix the issues on your body then go to this place however it always takes little pain as well. If you know the massage and deep tissue , this is the place.
Launch PT and Dr. Jowers are top notch. When I herniated a disc in my neck, I was so limited in mobility and had so much pain, I was on the verge of getting surgery. I came across Dr. Jowers and he got me back to where I was pre injury and gave me the tools to get better on my own, if and when I did reaggravate it. When I tore my MCL a few years later, Launch was my first call.

TianDr Tain is an extremely professional and knowledgeable acupuncturist. He is currently treating my husband for a rare eye disease. He listens and evaluates carefully and is very caring and compassionate. No other doctors have given my husband any hope to see again. Dr Tian treats him as an individual and gives him hope and inspiration for recovery. He uses a unique approach to treat my husband’s optic nerve neuropathy combining wholistic health with electrode-acupuncture and herbs. He always greets us with a smile. This goes beyond five star. Dr. Soliman's treatment of allergies is quite literally life changing. Without his SAAT, I would probably be on a hyper-restricted diet of fake food supplements and unable to go to many public areas because my allergic reactions to garlic had become airborn as well as ingested (as well as quite a few other allergens). Now I feel like a normal human being and can simply eat food and walk outside without wearing a mask to avoid allergens! It's a miracle, as far as I'm concerned.
As stated other places here, I have continued with my allergy meds but have been able to stop the allergy shots and reduce both my allergy and asthma meds (allergy induced asthma) over time. But not cold turkey after the first set of needles.
I can't recommend this treatment highly enough, and Dr. Soliman and his staff are good people.
