But in early 2026, I relied on Dr. Frank for cataract surgery and was impressed with the team’s care, attention to detail, and most importantly, amazing results. This weekend I was in a great deal of pain and Trenton went out of his way to squeeze in a same day appointment for a new customer in order to help. The pressure was amazing! I’ve often struggled to find someone who can do what my muscles need and he certainly did. He also followed up the day after to see how I was feeling and again accommodated my schedule for another visit this week! Customer service AND massages were both superb!
Of note, I usually go to bougie spas. This is not that! His massage parlor is located in an office share building which might lead one to feel like it’s less authentic or in some way suspicious. But I urge you not to judge the book by the cover! Once on the massage table, I had no concept or care for the difference of setting. He has done WONDERFUL job setting up his specific suite so that it feels just as relaxing as anywhere else!!

He has the detailed knowledge about anatomy and physiology to understand problems and apply an effective treatment course. Mr. Shenk is also a gifted listener and healer. He creates a collaborative environment that is calm and person-focused. I have major chronic musculoskeletal disease and he has helped me maintain my best function. I think he is simply the best in the business!
I got a haircut with Cristy 💗💗 She knew exactly what I wanted to do with my hair, and delivered 110%!! Cristy was also super warm welcoming, and told me why she was using certain products on my hair (which btw held for the entire day). Could not recommend her enough!! Go to Cristy if you want an experienced and talented hair stylist who will put your mind at ease 💓

Gladys has been my hair stylist for over 20+ years for good reason: I trust her completely to know what I can and cannot pull off. She takes the time and has the expertise to explain why a color or style can work with my lifestyle, coloring, age, and willingness (or lack of!) for any level of maintenance. I have come to her with photos I have liked, and she will find the essence of the look and tailor it to me, so that I always feel myself. I have gone through long, short, bangs, and colors, and she has made every age look fabulous. She knows her stuff! She is a true professional. She has been and is a partner as I move through the decades gracefully.

Then she prepared my neck with a towel and smock, offered me a beverage, then led me to shampoo bowl and went to WORK!! She began gently, but effectively cleansing my hair and did not miss a spot - she even asked me if there were any areas that I wanted her to focus on.
After straightening my hair, it was time for a cut; which Yodit executed flawlessly with her masterful technique. When Yodit finished, I was able to run my fingers through my hair, feeling lightweight, airy, bouncy and clean. Overall result…my hair feels healthier, looks shinier, complements my face structure and is precise and smooth. This location is convenient with an ample amount of parking, bright, airy and calm. Adrian is amazing, and one of my favorite hair stylists ever. I go to her for both extensions and highlights. My hair is very thin and is tricky to make look full, yet Adrian does it masterfully with a combination of tape in extensions in the front and wefts in the back. My blonde highlights are also tricky (I have brown eyes and a brown base) so we need to blend the right balance of blonde and golden tones to get it to look natural, and Adrian does a wonderful job with this and with my cut. Her work ethic is above and beyond -- she always goes the extra mile to deliver excellence and get it just right. She's extremely personable and fun and easy to talk to, so I always look forward to coming to see her. I can't recommend her highly enough!
We have had such wonderful experiences with Chrisy at Tiny Head Quarters. She is so skilled with cutting even the squirmiest kid’s hair. She is also very patient with toddlers, making sure they are safe and comfortable. Her salon is perfectly outfitted for kids, with TVs, a car or motorcycle chair, and games. Our kids love coming to see her!

I’ve been taking my son to Barbers & Brew and specifically to Naod, and I can’t recommend him enough. He always knows what’s current, stylish, and age-appropriate without making every haircut look like a copy of everyone else’s. He has a great eye for aesthetics and consistently delivers a fresh, polished cut.
What I appreciate most is that I never have to worry when my son is in his chair. Naod pays attention to the details, listens to what we want, and always leaves him looking fresh. If you’re looking for a barber who stays on top of trends while still tailoring the cut to the individual, Naod is your guy.

I’ve been coming to this barbershop for the past few years and it’s always been a good experience. I believe I’ve had every barber there cut my hair one time or another, including Mr. Lee who is the manager. The regular haircut price ($25) is reasonable and I always get the haircut I request. The barbers are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this barbershop.
Meredith is just wonderful! As someone who has never had a spray tan before, she walked me through what to expect, asked me questions about what I prefer, and sprayed away! She also made me feel very comfortable, virtually immediately - and you need to be if you’re stripped down to your birthday suit lol. She’s a professional all around. 10/10 definitely recommend!
I love coming to PBT metro to see Noelle and Alyssa! I love their fun energy, plus they are super helpful and knowledgeable helping me pick products / decide on services. The wellness package which allows you to use the infrared sauna and red light therapy along with tanning services has provided such an amazing boost to my confidence. I feel great and I love the little community I’ve found at this location. I look forward to stopping in and chatting with the ladies every few days!

I brought my grandmother, who has dementia here after her toenails had gone untrimmed for over a year. They were extremely overgrown and curling. The staff here were nothing short of amazing. They were incredibly professional, gentle, and kind—not a single negative reaction or judgment, just calm, patient care.
Even though we booked a standard pedicure, they worked on her feet for over an hour and a half, showing so much compassion and attentiveness, especially as she repeated herself many times due to her condition. They never rushed, never asked for extra payment, and treated her with dignity the entire time.
I’m beyond grateful for the respect and care they showed my grandmother. This kind of service is rare and deserves to be recognized. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a place that truly treats people with heart.
I visited Top Nails yesterday to get a full set of acrylics, and I couldn’t be more happier with the results!!! Vincent is extremely talented and did an amazing job. Maria Cepeda is fantastic with gel pedicures. Every appointment feels so relaxing and she makes sure everything is clean by giving you your own bag with tools. She pays close attention to every detail, the finish is always perfect, and it lasts for weeks. She’s also so kind and patient when I take my time choosing a color, which makes the whole experience even better.

One of the employees greeted me right away and offered me tea, coffee, or water — I chose tea, and she brought it out beautifully on a tray with two chocolates, a napkin, a stir stick, and sweetener. It was such a thoughtful touch, and it set the tone for the entire experience.
The salon itself is absolutely beautiful inside — very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the atmosphere feels warm and safe. All of the women who work there are incredibly sweet and welcoming.
I had a Russian pedicure with Viki R., and she was amazing from start to finish. Every step of the way, she made sure I was comfortable and okay. My nails look great and my feet feel incredible. The whole pedicure took about an hour and a half — honestly faster than I expected and I was impressed.
I also want to mention that I called the night before around 8:15 PM, not sure if anyone would even answer — and not only did someone pick up, but they got me on the schedule quickly and seamlessly. That kind of customer service is rare and it did not go unnoticed.
This is my first Russian pedicure and I am absolutely adding it to my monthly routine. I’ll be back for a manicure within the next couple of weeks and back for another pedicure next month. Best lashes ever - and I've tried many different lash techs. I've been going to Cat for a few years now and don't have any plans on going anywhere else. It is expensive but one of the luxuries that I would splurge on routinely as it dramatically cuts down on my morning routine. I can get away with not wearing any makeup when Cat has done my lashes. Plus she's the best! I didn't know her before she did my lashes but now I consider her a dear friend.

I also appreciate the socially responsible mission she has assigned her business (it's tied to helping children abroad), and her transparency about the use of her profits. I cannot say enough about my first ever men's facial experience with Michael at Spa 1669! First off, the venue was clean and immaculately spotless, while located in a Salon center in Rockville, MD. Once inside Spa 1669, I was greeted with a glass of Whiskey and personal cake for my birthday, and to my surprise, it was ironically Michael's birthday as well! The facial experience was by far, one of the most relaxing self-care activities I've ever engaged in: The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with calm music and engaging conversation. Not only did my skin appreciate the time and attention given to make it look healthier, but I appreciate my Aesthetician Michael for educating me on the skin -care treatment process as well as what routines and products are best suitable for my skin. We are in the midst of major renovations in a home we recently purchased. Baldissera Electric has been amazing. Incredibly responsive. Meticulous attention to detail every step of the way. We have had many chandeliers and various light fixtures hung. We have relocated and added recessed lighting, moved and added electrical outlets and added lighting under our kitchens cabinets which looks amazing. Not only was the work reasonably priced but suggestions were made on what options may be best and it made a world of difference. I would never have thought of the under-cabinet lighting because I was distracted with just getting through the renovation. Best electrical company I've worked with, hands down!

We are very happy with our remodeled basement! We needed a full overhaul of our 1960s basement. While Basement Remodeling was on the expensive end of our quotes, they were very thorough in providing a floorplan and were the only contractor that recommended moving the low air vents instead of just boxing them in, and that has made a big difference in the quality of the remodel. The onsite team felt trustworthy and I was very happy with their staff and their cleanliness in the house. Gheorghe was our primary point of contact and was amazing to work with. Our basement is the nicest space in our house now and unfortunately I now feel the need to remodel more rooms upstairs!

Initially, Jeff treated my house with the regular pest solution but also warned me that it was not effective to potential bird mites and if they were the problem, I may need a follow up targeted treatment that he would perform for free. He checked the perimeter of my house and pointed out other issues that may cause pests in the future. The treatment and overall assessment was through. I did not need the follow up treatment but I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall approach.

I recently bought this house here and the backyard had way too many overgrown trees some branches hanging low over the roof and a couple dead ones that needed to come down quick cuz Im planning some renovations back there. I shopped around called a few companies but Yanez got back to me the fastest set up a time to come look the same week. The guy walked the yard with me pointed out what needed trimming or full removal gave a straight quote no surprises. Dr. Panday is very skilled dentist. Using x-rays of my teeth she honed in on a molar that has early decay below the enamel and gave me tools to slow down the progression. A few months ago I came in with a cracked molar and told her I had an overseas trip in a week. She went over and above to make sure I had a permanent, not just a temporary cap before my trip.

Excellent staff all around from the front desk to the PT crew and Chiropractors. Came in for lower back and hip pain during pregnancy and they’ve helped relieve those symptoms as well as other pains I’ve been dealing with for years in my upper back and neck. Had my first adjustment with Dr. James at Prohealth Chiropractic Health last week. I was very impressed with every aspect of my visit; the impeccable office, the friendly and professional front desk staff, and the billing manager. Dr. James thoroughly explained my x-rays, answered all my questions and prepared a treatment plan. The adjustment itself only took about 15 minutes and he explained each step as he went along. I am excited to chart my progress and see how much better I can feel from now on!

I have had knee problems for years as a result of a broken femur. I saw various doctors, gott X-rays and MRI’s the only solution I was offered was a knee replacement. I was recommended to kaizo by a friend and after my first visit they were able to identify the arthritis in my knee and the underlying causes of the arthritis. They explained everything clearly and put together a program to put me on the path to recovery. Since then I’ve been making noticeable improvements and finally regaining confidence in my own body’s ability.

I've been going for treatment for some time now after a car accident injury. I went to see Dr. Moses with a severe headache that had been bothering me for a couple of days, and the relief I experienced was incredible. I’ve had my share of injuries throughout my life, you name it; a ligament or muscle group and I’m sure I probably injured it doing something. The past few months I’ve been dealing with a horrible reoccurring lower back injury that makes my entire body tense, tight, and painful just to do just about anything.
Growing up with a chiropractor with my family, i saw a chiropractic as a steppingstone only keep you limber but not to heal your body. Bedore seeing Dr. Spencer, I’ve had my share of chiropractors who are more money grabbers than actually give a damn about trying to heal or fix your injur. Immediately after coming to Dr. Spencer, he identified all of the problems that were plaguing me along with other problems that I didn’t even realize I had. In a span of two months, I went from having pain every single day to almost nonexistent pain, and have routinely been seeing Dr. Spencer for better critiques on how to get back into being more physically active. I could not recommend him enough. 12/5 stars!
Highly recommend this clinic!! They take the time to thoroughly explain my symptoms and condition in a clear and easy-to-understand way so that I can truly understand my own health status. The facility is clean, and treatments are done in a private and comfortable setting. The treatment itself has been very effective, and they continuously check in on my condition during the session to make sure everything is going well.

Have been going to Dr. Green’s office since I’ve been diagnosed with Psoriasis in 2007. We have tried different methods to cure this chronic disease and Dr. Green always provided his dedicated care, the results we have are very successful. Psoriasis comes and goes usually, but I have been clear last five years, thanks to Dr. Green and his staff for wonderful job they are doing.

Started taking our dog when I moved to the area 3 years ago and never had a bad experience: administrative staff was always courteous, space was always clean, medical staff was always knowledgeable. But nothing surpassed my expectations more then when the time came to help Rooney cross the Rainbow Bridge:
1) leaniancy in scheduling procedure - they allowed me to wait for the kids to come home from school
2) a comfortable private room to say goodbye - it wasn't just any available exam room, I sat on a couch and snuggled with him as we said our goodbyes
3) gentle explanations of his condition and options - when the doctor I spoke with in the morning wouldn't be available later in the day, she informed me of who would be assisting us and when it came time the new doctor was informed of our circumstances and kindly explained what would happen
They also provided the keepsake in my picture which is more than I have ever gotten from other providers with past pets. Not only that, but once I got the call saying the paw print was ready, I was allowed to come whenever I was ready to accept it so they kindly held onto it for a few weeks for me.

Doing Svaroopa yoga with Michele Gordon calms the mind and body. She does not rush through the poses. I like that she gives lots of pointers to help you optimize your movements. Svaroopa is powerful. I find I'm more focused and clear-headed. Plus doing this kind of yoga is a great way to keep aches and pains at bay.
First time at the Rockville location! Barbie was my instructor and her class was one of the best classes I’ve ever taken, great energy and music and her workouts are great!

Each session I receive from Alison is unique and healing as she is very intuitive and has a large toolbox of modalities to help me with any given issue I’m dealing with. She is a great teacher as well. I use the acupressure from her Seva Acupressure workshop frequently with my clients...years after taking the class! I highly recommend working with Alison if you are looking for a highly trained, caring, holistic practitioner!

Jana is a true professional! She has spent over a year in formal education and has honed her craft for over 10 years, and it shows. Many other places substitute physical pressure (during the massage) for skill, and there is a misconception that a “good” massage has us leaving the practice sore. Never again! Visiting Benicka-Therapeutic Massage made me realize I can leave after a massage both relaxed and not in pain. Dr. Wunhee Yun is a phenomenal acupuncturist. I was her patient many years ago, and now, I am glad to know she is always there when I need her. She quickly recognizes where stagnant energy and congealed blood are in the body. She makes sure your chi flows and gives you a good amount of time with the needles, not just 10 minutes. This goes beyond five star. Dr. Soliman's treatment of allergies is quite literally life changing. Without his SAAT, I would probably be on a hyper-restricted diet of fake food supplements and unable to go to many public areas because my allergic reactions to garlic had become airborn as well as ingested (as well as quite a few other allergens). Now I feel like a normal human being and can simply eat food and walk outside without wearing a mask to avoid allergens! It's a miracle, as far as I'm concerned.
As stated other places here, I have continued with my allergy meds but have been able to stop the allergy shots and reduce both my allergy and asthma meds (allergy induced asthma) over time. But not cold turkey after the first set of needles.
I can't recommend this treatment highly enough, and Dr. Soliman and his staff are good people.

The police officers that teach the course adjust their lessons to fit what you know and will let you know what you need to work on.
They will also help you know what the driving test requires and what you need to NOT do in order to pass.
Learned today being over the stop line is a No-go. Probably would fail the test if I didn't know that.
