After moving from California to Maryland and looking into several other local clinics, Woodley Gardens is definitely at the forefront of animal care. The staff are polite and knowledgeable and are great about scheduling you in a last minute pinch and ACTUALLY calling you back if there’s an opening or an earlier time slot which is something of a rarity in this day and age.
They’re also open on Saturdays which as a service industry worker with a chaotic schedule can sometimes be the only time I have to fit in an appointment. My very sweet, shy and fearful large rescue dog was seen recently at Woodley Gardens. From the first interaction over the phone to our actual appointment, everyone I talked to was really kind, caring and attentive to detail. The front desk person was so kind as my dog was shaking in fear to even come inside as she's afraid of people. :( Adriana the vet tech and Dr. Rapp took the time to answer my many questions and help get my fearful dog more at ease so that she got the care she needed. I am really happy to have found a great place for my sweet girl's care. I would definitely recommend this vet center to others!
Top notch service and friendly staff. Been here twice now and they've taken pretty good care of my boi. Dr. Nichols has been great around our cat and all the questions we've thrown at her. We'll gladly keep bringing my boi here!
