Doing Svaroopa yoga with Michele Gordon calms the mind and body. She does not rush through the poses. I like that she gives lots of pointers to help you optimize your movements. Svaroopa is powerful. I find I'm more focused and clear-headed. Plus doing this kind of yoga is a great way to keep aches and pains at bay.

Michele's zoom yoga classes helped me survive the pandemic. It was one of the few things I was able to do to be good to myself, and this gentle yoga practice has been a balm to body and soul. It's kept my back pain free, filled me with positive messages, and kept our classmates connected. In studio classes are starting again and I'll be going as soon as I get up nerve to do it.
