We had such a great experience with US Locksmith and especially Erez Mazoz! My fiancée accidentally left our keys inside our condo and the doorknob auto-locked behind us. To make things even more stressful, the car was still running outside while ALL the keys were locked inside the house 😅
Erez came to our rescue incredibly fast — he arrived within about 30 minutes even during rush hour traffic. He was kind, professional, quick, and immediately helped calm the situation down. Jonathan called twice kept me updated and arrived on time. 15 minutes and we had a new key to the car. I was impressed by the customer service and care that was taken. He walked and shook my hand when he arrived and when he left. I'm keeping his number for any future needs. Thank you so much!
