But nothing surpassed my expectations more then when the time came to help Rooney cross the Rainbow Bridge:<br>1) leaniancy in scheduling procedure - they allowed me to wait for the kids to come home from school<br>2) a comfortable private room to say goodbye - it wasn't just any available exam room, I sat on a couch and snuggled with him as we said our goodbyes<br>3) gentle explanations of his condition and options - when the doctor I spoke with in the morning wouldn't be available later in the day, she informed me of who would be assisting us and when it came time the new doctor was informed of our circumstances and kindly explained what would happen<br>They also provided the keepsake in my picture which is more than I have ever gotten from other providers with past pets.
