Dr Day was very understanding that Eowyn, almost 17 years old, is a psychiatric service dog whom I still depend on heavily. She listened to my concerns. We are awaiting test results, so the final outcome isn't yet known. I have used this practice for many years, with this dog and my previous service dog, and highly recommend them.
We had a great experience at this practice. They were very supportive and helpful with our pet. Jasmine was such a calming receptionist and Dr Day and her staff were top notch. The surgery they performed and the vet technicians directions after surgery were excellent. They kept in contact though out the day of surgery with updates to his care and Dr Day called the day after to update us on his condition. What a wonderful facility and staff.
From the moment we called to get our dog in to see the vet, everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. Dr Day explained everything to us and they were very patient and gentle with our pup. It was a 2 hour drive for us, but we felt very comfortable leaving Bailey there overnight. I would recommend this vet to anyone and everyone when they have an emergency.
