Bush in Rockville was very quick to respond to out call. They helped us immediately with our paralyzed dachshund. Set up neuro dr asap. Got us in, exam and mri with surgery to follow. They did the best they could as fast and efficiently as possible. Hoping for a positive outcome as our dog heals. Thank you
I couldn't be more pleased with Bush Veterinary. I called in a panic and their super professional staff relayed my situation to Dr. Day. She was kind enough to call my ER Vet and provide advice on changes to medications in order to get my pup stable enough to transport. We were able to get into the office 2 days later for a full Neruo workup. Dr. Day and the staff were all amazing to my pup. All the way home (which was an almost 2 hour drive) my husband and I couldn't get over the care and customer service of this practice. Dealing with an ailing pet is so difficult. BVNS made this part of a horrible experience almost pleasant. I can't recommend them highly enough.
My dog saw two different Dr's and both were very caring and listened to my concerns to figure out what is wrong. The staff is also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend if your pet needs a specialist.
