This was the first time I’ve ever had a dermatologist who genuinely listened to my concerns and didn’t rush my appointment. I felt heard, respected, and cared for throughout the entire visit. The doctor took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. It was an excellent experience, and I’m so grateful to have found a dermatologist who truly puts patients first. Waiting room was full when I arrived (on time) but did not have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Colona who always provides great service. Reception was helpful confirming my new insurance info too!
Suzanne and the PAs? were very efficient, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate you all and look forward to seeing you again. The front office staff was also very friendly.
