This company is masquerading as several different companies including "FDP Mold Remediation" and "Flood Damage Pro". They are not licensed to do business in any of the locations listed on their website.Unless you can get them to give you an actual street address where you can walk in and talk to them, you have no way to identify who they are.One of the addresses in Baltimore, MD went to a call Center owned by another company.Several addresses went to various UPS Stores.Do not do business with this fake company.

Extremely dissatisfied with this business. I originally had an appointment scheduled on a Friday evening, they called Thursday after 6PM to tell my the technician cancelled and rescheduled me for Monday. They then called Sunday to ask if I could move the appointment up. On Monday, I called after waiting almost a half hour past the scheduled arrival time to be told my technician cancelled (with no notice). I asked if another technician could be sent and they tried to reschedule someone for that evening. At this point, I had already scheduled two days off work for this company and was not sure that someone would actually show up. I cancelled and went with another business. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. Edit: Company ended up contacting me to complete a resolution form and offering $30 to not post a negative review. I will be declining

This is actually for usa clean master. who has changed thier yelp info to avoid horrible rightful reviews. DO NOT USE USA CLWAN MAATER!!!!! they ruined my Couch. it smells horrible!!! over a month since it was cleaned. I asked the day of cleaning if the smell would go away and was told it's just because it is wet. It never went away. My 5k couch which is only 1 year old smells like wet dogs! For 3 weeks they told me they would come out to declean if then today told me no that they don't guarantee smell!!!! They also ruined one of the Cushions. It immediately turned a nasty grey color and when I asked about it the day of cleaning I was also told it’s because it’s wet and will go away. It has not gone away! The cushion is stained gray As a result of their cleaning and sticks out like a sore thumb compared to all the other cushions. Not to mention the service tech smelled like weed.
