Called Hippo to clean a sectional couch and ottoman. Our two kids and two dogs have abused this couch for years and created quite the mess. In just under 2.5 hours, Hippo made our sofa look and smell brand new. Our technician was right on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took extra time to go between all the pieces to suck up the dog fur that had implanted themselves in the crevices. He also removed two large stains that we’d resigned ourselves to living with. They are reliable and affordable carpet cleaners. They cleaned and refreshed my dirty carpets in a few rooms. It took around half an hour for two rooms. Very thorough and great carpet cleaning. I can recommend them to everyone.
