It's National Yoga month and this C3 Level class was taught by two instructors on September 11, 2026. Great playlist! Assist cards ROCK!! Janna, Sorry for the garlic that radiates from my sweat. They are both a true gift! Easy to learn from and follow, fun, knowledgeable and REAL! So fun!!!! 🥰 #namaste 🙏 Side note: The tripod headstand with extended arms was done after class with Maria's help. They stayed after to answer questions about the class or anything.
Kathy is an amazing yoga instructor! She has a truly special, almost supernatural healing energy and brings such positive energy to every class. Her sequences flow beautifully, and her deep knowledge of how the body moves makes her guidance so effective. I always leave her classes feeling refreshed, balanced, and energized. Highly recommend her!.
I’ve worked out all my life, and never have I loved an exercise class as much as CorePower Yoga. I only take the YS classes and every class leaves me feeling stronger physically and happier mentally. It’s truly the best feeling for both my body and my mind.
